1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and ikaya28 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ikaya28.cam ("the Website").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the ikaya28 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ikaya28, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any local laws that may specify a lower minimum gambling age.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of using the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ikaya28 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account on ikaya28 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a recognised gambling disorder at the time of registration.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may register onlyone (1) account on the ikaya28 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are under continuing obligation to keep this information current and up to date.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying ikaya28 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

ikaya28 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the identity of an account holder. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ikaya28 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB, as well as selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Available payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ikaya28 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits in currencies other than MYR will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.2 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal exceding the applicable threshold is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus credits must be satisfied before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made subject to KYC confirmation.
• ikaya28 targets withdrawal processing times of under 60 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and under 15 minutes for DuitNow transfers. These are target times, not guaranteed service level agreements, and may be affected by factors outside ikaya28's direct control.
• ikaya28 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified where additional review is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted at the discretion of ikaya28 based on account tier and verification status.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ikaya28 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise specified:

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are not available to players who have set deposit limits that would prevent them from meeting minimum deposit requirements for the relevant offer.

7 Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games available on the ikaya28 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for games of chance, or live dealer streams subject to regulated studio standards for live casino games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are declared for each game within the game information section.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other available markets — the following rules apply:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or modified unless an error by ikaya28 can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds (e.g., odds clearly inconsistent with the market), ikaya28 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface.
• ikaya28 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its discretion, including without providing a reason.

Technical malfunctions during gameplay will be handled in accordance with the published malfunction policy for the relevant game. Generally, bets affected by verified technical errors will be voided and stakes returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ikaya28 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Charging back deposits through your payment provider while retaining funds, winings, or bonus credits on the platform.
• Transfering, selling, or otherwise dealing in your account or any portion of your balance with any third party.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ikaya28 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, layout, trademarks, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ikaya28 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use the ikaya28 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ikaya28's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ikaya28, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising in connection with the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or omissions, provided such errors are not the result of wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ikaya28 makes no warranties — express or implied — as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any game outcome, odds information, or platform content.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ikaya28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• A chargeback initiated against deposit made to the platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement direction.

Upon account suspension or termination for cause, ikaya28 may withold any balance pending investigation. Where suspension is found to result from a verified breach of these Terms, any withheld funds may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable clause.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus credits not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following KYC confirmation.

12 Responsible Gambling

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ikaya28, the following process applies:

2. Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 14 days, the Player may submit a formal complaint to the platform's designated compliance officer. ikaya28 will respond to formal complaints within 28 days.
3. Step 3 – Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the Player may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by ikaya28's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ikaya28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ikaya28 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 11.
